What can MarIA do?

  • Integrated appointment management: connected to your EHR/HIS, MarIA queries real-time availability, confirms slots, and creates or cancels appointments during the conversation.
  • FAQs about centers and services: answers frequent questions using your centers’ information: specialties, schedules, coverage, and locations.
  • WhatsApp confirmations and reminders: after scheduling an appointment (by voice or chat), MarIA can send a confirmation and a reminder to the patient via WhatsApp.
  • Outbound calls: MarIA performs follow up calls using questionnaires agreed with the client for each campaign.
