# Omnicare IA

> Omnicare IA guide to design, validate, and operate clinical AI agents

Omnicare IA is the shared workspace where technical teams and clinical operations teams collaborate to build and run AI automations with control. In practice, the platform covers two complementary layers: the technical layer used to design agents, flows, tools, and integrations, and the operational layer used to supervise outcomes, conversations, and service quality.

This documentation is organized so you can move from overview to execution. If your role is technical, start with the Agent Platform pages. If your role is operational, start with the Control Platform modules.
